Terms of Use

What the app does
Feel the Yakshagaana helps you find Yakshagaana recordings that their owners or archives have made publicly available, and plays them through each source's own stream or official embedded player. We do not host, upload, copy or sell any of this content.
Ownership
All recordings, videos, images and names belong to their respective artists, melas, uploaders and platforms. Using the app does not give you any rights to that content beyond what its owner or platform allows.
Third-party platforms
Content from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Dailymotion, Vimeo, Internet Archive and podcast hosts is subject to those platforms' own terms. YouTube content is provided through YouTube API Services, and by using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Video from these platforms plays only while the app is open, as their rules require.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial listening.
- Do not attempt to download, extract or redistribute content through the app.
- Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rules of any content platform.
Takedown requests
If you own content that appears in the app and want it removed, please use our report page. We respond promptly and will block the item from appearing in the app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Availability of content depends on third-party services and may change at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
